Fitness Facilities and Classes

The ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp University Recreation Center was built to provide each ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp the opportunity to enhance their physical well being. This recreation center was designed with the intent of meeting the recreational, fitness, and athletic needs of the ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapps, faculty, and intercollegiate teams of ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp University.

The center is open daily to those within the ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp community. Each ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp has the opportunity to enhance their physical performance through a spacious free weight room, newly added hammer-strength equipment, and up to date cardiovascular machines.

Hours of Operation

Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday through Thursday: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Note: No one will be admitted without valid ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp ID. Please bring a change of shoes as part of the admittance process. We expect everyone to wear street shoes to the Recreation Center and change into the their workout shoes in the changing area.
